THIS IS HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you register at POWERNAPP, we ask you to fill in your email address and a POWERNAPP password will be created after a quick check-up of the POWERNAPP team. Once you are registered, we allow you to complete your personal account with the following information: Company name, your name, address, telephone number, chamber of commerce number and billing information details (such as contact person’s name, address, telephone number and email address). At a later stage, when you will start booking your hotel rooms, we might ask for a credit card number and validation date. This will only be used as a guarantee for the hotels. We will not charge any amounts on behalf of POWERNAPP.
If you do not provide us with your contact and payment details, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you the benefits of the POWERNAPP portal, with discounted deals or complete your booking.
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information about your computer, such as your browser type, operating system, IP address and online activity. We also gather your hotel bookings and search patterns, so we can work on giving you better recommendations and personalised deals.
When you let other companies, your colleagues, friends and family know you have made a booking with POWERNAPP or when you invite others to use our services via social media and/or email, we may collect the information you provide about those people in order to inform them of our services. If you give reviews of hotels you have stayed at or give POWERNAPP feedback, we may publish this content. When doing so, we will never disclose any personal information other than your first name.
THIS IS THE WAY WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most important way we use your contact and billing information is to complete your hotel booking. In addition to this, we use your information to provide you confirmation and updates about your booking; to manage your personal account; to send you notifications and newsletters; to notify you of special promotions and/or individual deals; to provide customer support; to improve our own services by asking you to take part in market research or give us feedback; and to communicate with you in general.
Besides all this, we will send your personal details and those details of the actual guest to the hotel you have made your booking with, since they would like to provide excellent service by knowing their guests.
DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHER PARTIES?
As a standard, we do not sell your private information and we do not share your personal details with third parties other than the hotels you are booking with. We share your personal information and the personal information of (other) guests within the same booking with hotels when you make a booking on our website in order for them to contact you and process your booking. When you book a hotel using POWERNAPP direct, we pass your contact and payment details directly over to the hotel.
With your consent we may also share your information with third party vendors, service providers and business partners. Please note that we reserve the right to disclose your information in the case of law, regulation or fraud matters to the required authorities. Unless we are legally prohibited to notify you, we will always contact you before disclosing this information.
IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED SAFE AND SECURE?
We will never charge your credit card. Should you make a booking, your credit card details will be securely passed on to the hotel you made a reservation at, to pre-authorise your stay. We secured your credit card details by encrypting them while sending them over to the hotel. We do not store your payment details permanently on our servers, unless you have chosen to store this information in your personal account for your own ease of access.
AM I FREE TO CONTROL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION GIVEN TO POWERNAPP?
You can update and modify your personal information by logging into your account. At any time are you free to delete your account by logging in to your account and following the appropriate measures. You can also correct and delete your account by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You need to be 18 years and older to use POWERNAPP.
The use of our services by children under the age of 18 years is not allowed without valid consent from a parent or guardian. Should we receive personal information from a minor without parental consent, we reserve the right to delete it.
